Orchid has been providing event management tools since 2003. As part of the larger suite of services convention management has supported hundreds of events, thousands of attendees, and nearly one million dollars in registration fees. Useful for both conventions and annual meetings Orchid's tools take a unique approach to event management.
  1. User Controls - in our system you can build your convention from the ground up without technical intervention or expensive support fees. Whether your event has tracks, pre-requisites, add-ons fees, food preferences, or paid/unpaid guests - simple wizards step you through the process.

  2. Continuity - maintain the history of an attendee as well as the event itself. Use this in reporting and outreach as well as to maintain engagement with attendees into the future.

  3. Flexible pricing - add transaction fee per registrant, pay a flat fee for the service, or a percentage of the registration fees. We wont lock you into one particular avenue or another; we'll work with you to find the best solution to your needs.
