- Use Salesforce Custom Objects or Standard Objects:
- Standard Objects: Utilize standard objects like Contacts, Accounts, and Opportunities to track interactions such as email opens, meeting attendance, purchases, and more.
- Custom Objects: Create custom objects to track specific types of member engagements or interactions that are not covered by standard Salesforce objects. For example, you could create a "Member Interactions" custom object to log details such as event attendance, webinar participation, feedback submissions, etc.
- Implement Activity Tracking:

- Associate Campaigns with member records (Contacts or Leads) to monitor their responses to campaigns, event registrations, and other activities.
- Employ Workflow Rules and Process Builder:
- Set up Workflow Rules or Process Builder in Salesforce to automate actions based on member interactions. For instance, you can send a follow-up email after an event registration, update a member's status based on their activity, or assign tasks to team members for follow-up.
